Yes. Misrepresentation Recovery is €1,250 on a no cure, no pay basis under the agreed service terms. Recovery depends heavily on the account’s history, earlier suspensions, previous appeals and the issues involved. We review the case first; there is no 100% approval guarantee.
Start with your Shopify account and domain. We’ll discuss your business, confirm the scope and explain what’s needed during your consultation.
You pay after Merchant Center approval and 48–72 hours of your Performance Max campaign running, provided no misrepresentation issue or identity verification has intervened. We confirm this milestone with you before invoicing. If an issue appears, we address it before moving to payment.
You create, fund and run your own Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns. We handle Merchant Center linking and can explain the setup. Campaign management, ad spend and advertising performance remain your responsibility.
Our build window is seven days once all required preparation is complete. Google's review follows separately and can take longer. Additional checks or appeals may extend the timeline; we do not promise a fixed approval date.
If we cannot achieve the agreed initial approval outcome within three calendar months of the first submission, the service fee is waived or refunded if already paid, under your agreement. Cancellation after authorised work begins is covered separately in the service terms.
Your setup includes a 21-day recovery guarantee for eligible issues not caused by client changes. It starts when approval is verified, you've been notified and the Ads link is accepted. We work to resolve covered issues first. Full coverage, aftercare and any changes to your store are agreed before work starts.
